Equipment Setup Request & MBHS Activity Request Form

We can support teachers with specialized audiovisual equipment during the school day. After hours, the building is controlled by ICB.

Certain spaces need approval and lead time during the school day:

Any time in the auditorium
Any time in the Media Center Request Link
Any time in the SAC

If you or your club want equipment set up for an event, please use this form and submit it to Bryan Nance
